Job Context

    To Ensure sales growth & revenue generation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Have to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target as per ABP.
  • To lead and motivate Sales team for achieving the desired result.
  • To plan and monitor Sales team's regular activities.
  • To identify niche customer & business opportunity and create data base accordingly.
  • To ensure optimum utilization of promotional materials.
  • Responsible to motivate and train the team by giving proper product knowledge and necessary training.
  • Have to submit various reports to Management.

Educational Requirements

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • Skills Required: Sales, Strong Convincing Negotiation Skills

Experience Requirements

  • At least 16 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Real Estate, Real Estate Marketing, Sales, Sales & Marketing, Sales Marketing
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Developer, Real Estate

Additional Requirements

  • Age 37 to 45 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Candidates having relevant work experience in Real Estate Company are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Strong leadership skill.
  • Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated, and result oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
