Job Responsibilities:
- Design and/or
review architectural or engineering plans, specifications and contract
documents to ensure compliance with government codes, laws &
regulations.
- Provides technical
expertise in development or review of policies and procedures in relation
to architectural structures and systems and construction safety codes.
- Client support
regarding design briefing or modification.
- Checking and
correction of structural drawings of consultants.
- Design of sudden
structural patch work / rectification work (minor) arising from the
project.
- Designing of
commercial, hotel, residential and mixed use buildings and also knowledge
of Architectural Code of Practices.
- Any other task
assigned time to time from management.
Employment Status:
- Full-time.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor of
Architecture (B.Arch).
Experience Requirements:
- 10-15 years work
experience in relevant field.
- Should
have experience in Real Estate Companies and/or Consulting Firms.
- Age 32 to 40 years.
- Should
have software using skills like AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, Sketch up, Vray, Lumion,
Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator etc.
- Only
males are allowed to apply.
